Meet Ken from Capstone Dental

When and why did you open your store?
Capstone Dental opened in September 2018.  We opened our dental practice because we truly believe patients are our priority. We are dedicated to building a long-term relationship with all our patients because we believe the key to good health is having a trusting and educational relationship with your health care professional. We don’t just want you to trust us, we want to educate you so you understand your health better.  We are here to make your journey to good health amazing!

Tell us about the products/services you offer
At Capstone Dental we aim for Comfortable, Quality and Caring Dentistry. We provide dental services with the latest state of the art dental equipment. Our services include Dental Check-ups, Scale and cleans, Children’s Dentistry, Clenching/Bruxism/Grinding, Crowns & Bridges, Dental Extractions, Dental Fillings, Emergency treatment, Dentures, Mouthguards, Orthodontics, Root Canal Treatment, Sleep Apnoea Devices and Teeth Whitening.

What’s your favourite thing about your job?
We love giving our patients back their confidence to smile with proper oral health education! We believe that it is very important for our patients to have a full understanding of what is going on in their mouth. This results in patients who have been educated and informed about their mouth and how to look after it in the long term. 

What do you love most about Seven Hills Plaza/the local community
Seven Hills Plaza is a local shopping centre for the local people, and what we love most is the friendly and down to earth people in the local community of Seven Hills.    

How have you adapted to COVID-19 and what keeps you motivated to succeed?
Even before COVID-19, dental practices have always been one of the safest and cleanest places to be with our high levels of standard for infection control and cleaning procedures.  But we have very carefully followed safety protocols, guidelines and recommendations by the Australian/NSW Health authorities and the Australian Dental Board throughout the whole process because we strongly believe in the safety of our staff, families and community. Our motivation comes from striving to be one of the best dental practices in Western Sydney in providing quality and caring dental services to our community.  

What feedback do you get from customers?
We have countless feedback from our patients on how they love the friendly, professional, informative and affordable dental services we have at our dental practice. There have been numerous amounts of word of mouth referrals to family, friends, neighbours and colleagues from our patients and we greatly appreciate it. 

What’s something customers might not know about your store/products/services?

• We are open 7 days a week.
• We offer No Gaps Dental Check up and Cleans.

What would you like to say to the customers who have continued to support your business?
It's been a tough for everyone and we want to say a BIG THANK YOU to all our patients who have continued to support our business. We are here to look after the community and build a long term relationship and so we will continue to do our best in providing excellent dental care to everyone who comes through our doors.
